A blood drive was held Monday to support a Fresno County employee, hurt in a gas line explosion in April.

Ismael Arreazola is a public works employee, critically injured in the explosion at a gun range.

At least 40 percent of his body was burned.

To help in his recovery, a mobile blood drive was scheduled from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, at the intersection of Tulare and M streets.

Donations can also be made at any Central California Blood Center location.
