Community members gather for a candlelight vigil and town walk at Houlihan Park in Planada, Calif., on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018. The vigil was organized by Le Grand High School students after three men were shot in front of a food truck at the intersection of Highway 140 and North Plainsburg Road on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018. According to the Coroner’s Office two of the shooting victims, Diego Gallardo, 22, and Pedro Lua, 27, died.
