Conditions: Fire crews are working a 1,400 acre vegetation fire, with a rapid rate of spread and volatile fire activity. Crews are preparing for a challenging and intense fire fight. Structures are threatened and currently mandatory evacuations are in place. Structure protection became activated from the beginning of this fire. Terrain is grassy oak woodland, heavy brush and difficult access in some areas.
