Fresno Police Investigate Thursday Morning Shooting

Fresno police are currently searching for two shooters in northeast Fresno who shot a man in the chest.
Officer were called to the 2000 block of East Dakota Avenue in northeast Fresno just after 9am.
Police said the 40-year-old gunshot victim was rushed to CRMC for treatment. His status is not known at this time.
Officers said the victim was shot on Diana, which is north of Dakota where he was found.
Police are looking for two suspects that witnesses described as African-American males in dark clothing, one of which was armed with a handgun.
Officers are currently canvassing the area searching for the suspects.
