Conditions: CAL FIRE Incident Management Team 1 is in unified command with, North County Fire Protection District and the San Diego County Sheriff Department.Residents may return to their homes now that the mandatory evacuation order has been lifted. This includes Hwy 76 and all the affected areas of the fire.
