Conditions: The Central LNU Complex is being managed in Unified Command by CAL FIRE Incident Management Team 1 and The City of Santa Rosa. The complex is comprised of the Tubbs Fire and the Pocket Fire. By early evening northerly winds are forecast to increase, especially over the ridges and upper slopes. A red flag warning is in effect beginning at 11:00 p.m. Wednesday night with gusty north winds and moderate to poor humidity recovery. Critical fire weather conditions are anticipated Wednesday night through Thursday morning.
