Police looking for information in Visalia murder

Police in Visalia have identified the man whose body was found Monday morning.

Police say the man is 34-year-old Julian Joseph Contreras. Contreras’ body was found on Burke, just before seven Monday. Right now, police say the preliminary cause of death appears to be gunshot wounds. They’re still investigating and asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP.
