According to a Napa employee the Auto part chain O’reilly will be taking over operations starting on December first, some of the employees will be staying with O’reilly as they seem to have a better benefit package we were told by a Napa employee.
Napa Auto Parts however seems like it does not want to give up to rival Auto Part chain and went ahead and engaged on talks with Carquest owner Frank in an apparent deal the Napa Corporation will be buying the small Auto Parts Store and moving their business to the bigger location right next door.
At this point it does seem like the bigger Corporation have the means and the intention to swallow up small mom&pop shops, and believe it or not seems like Mariposa County is worthy of the attention of big Corporations, one can only wonder whats next …?
