Vehicle Kills Pedestrian East of Lemoore

One person has been killed after being struck by a vehicle just east of the Kings County city of Lemoore. 

The accident happened on the 16th Avenue on-ramp to Highway 198.

California Highway Patrol was called out to the accident just before 4:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. 

The scene was cleared around 5:30 a.m.
