Yucca (Wildfire)

Reported on Saturday afternoon, November 5, 2016 by a plane from CALFIRE. This lightning caused fire is undergoing direct suppression by fire crews from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks due to its location. As of the afternoon of November 6, 2016, the fire is 4 acres and is expected to be contained by the evening. There are no threats to life or property at this time. There are no closures to any areas at this time related to the Yucca Fire.
