Charges Filed, Seventh Suspect Arrested For Southeast Fresno Mass Shooting

A seventh suspect was arrested in relation to the mass shooting at a Southeast Fresno house party in November that left four dead and six wounded. Ger Lee of Fresno is being held in Minnesota pending an extradition hearing. In a press release Thursday, the Fresno County District Attorney’s office announced that Lee, along with Anthony Montes, Porge Kue, and Billy Xiong are being charged with four counts of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and 12 counts of attempted murder. Arraignment hearings for Montes, Kue and Xiong are scheduled for later today at the Fresno County Superior Court. Three other suspects are also being charged with allegations of conspiring to commit murder. In a press conference Tuesday, Fresno Police said that the suspects are members of a gang known as the Mongolian Boys Society.
