Child porn investigation leads to call for bomb squad in Visalia

A child pornography investigation led a call for the bomb squad in Visalia. Detectives were serving a search warrant at an apartment on 2nd and Roosevelt when they ran into suspicious materials. Detectives backed out and called the bomb squad in. Investigators say the materials could be used to build explosives. All of it was removed and will be disposed of in a remote location. After the apartment was deemed safe, detectives went back in and pulled out several bags of evidence as well as a rifle. Police have arrested one person, 25-year-old Justin Holcomb. He’s facing child porn possession charges.</div>
