Coffee Fire

On July 30, 2014, the Shasta-Trinity National Forest experienced heavy lightning activity on the Trinity River Management Unit. Presently, the Coffee fire is the biggest of the lightning caused fires actively burning. the fire is located west of Coffee Creek in the east fork of the Coffee Creek drainage. Fire resource are actively suppressing the incident and Inciweb will be updated as information becomes available.

Announcements The Coffee fire is 95% contained and is in patrol status. The Burned Area Emergency Response (BAER) Team Assessment and recommendation report is pending. A Resource Advisor is continuing to look at suppression repair. This is the last update to Inciweb until a significant event changes the status of the fire.
