It comes on the heels of the shocking arrest of Deputy Police Chief Keith Foster, accused of running a drug trafficking ring.
In today’s report, released by the city’s Police Auditor, recommendations include a plan to examine personnel policies to look for any weaknesses in the department, a department-wide inspection process, increased ethics training and new policies for financial disclosures.
