Fresno Police Arrest Six Suspects Related To November Mass Shooting

Fresno Police announced today that they have arrested six suspects related to the November 17 mass shooting at a house party in Southeast Fresno that left four men dead. Although police confirmed the shooting was gang related, none of the victims themselves were gang members. The six arrested are Billy Xiong, 25; Anthony Montes, 27; Porge Kue, 26; Johnny Xiong, 25; Pao Vang, 31; and Jhovanny Delgado, 19. All are from Fresno, and all are members of a gang known as the Mongolian Boys Society. During a press conference, Police Chief Andy Hall said the mass shooting was in response to another homicide that took place the same day, also in Southeast Fresno. That victim was Randy Xiong, whose brother is a Mongolian Boys Society member. “We know now that this was retaliatory shooting towards the gang believed responsible for Randy Xiong’s death.
