Madera woman arrested after assaulting and robbing a man

A Madera woman was arrested this morning after an assault and robbery incident in Southwest Fresno.<br /><br />Officers say a male victim went into a hotel room with the woman, 28-year-old Angela Casteneda, who was posing as a prostitute near Parkway and Belmont. <br /><br />Police say once inside the room, he was beaten by three men, hit with a shotgun, stripped of his clothes and robbed. The victim was then held captive in a bathroom for more than an hour. The suspects then stole his vehicle. <br /><br />Later, police found the victims’ vehicle near Dudley and Olive where they arrested Castaneda for assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and robbery.
