Large scale gang operation focused on the Muhammad criminal street gang. Over 70 officers briefed at a downtown parking lot prior to serving search warrants. Chief Jerry Dyer led the briefing and stressed the importance of the operation and for recognizing the importance of the relationships that have been built in the Southwest community.
