Man Arrested After Ramming Police Car

A Fresno man is in jail this morning after ramming a police car following a shooting and pursuit in West Central Fresno. It happened around 11 p.m. in the area of Saginaw and Marks. It was there police were responding to a call of gunshots. That’s when they saw a black Honda driving fast without it’s lights on. When officers began to chase the Honda it turned around and rammed one of their cars. The pursuit continued until officers could get the suspect vehicle cornered. Arrested was 21-year-old Timothy Pinedo. He’s now facing several felony charges, including assault on a police officer, felony evading, driving under the influence and possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle.<br /></div>
