Government scientists are predicting a fourth year of drought here on the west coast. <br /><br />Scientists are blaming it on high pressure sitting off the coast. It’s been blocking a lot of winter storms and keeping temperatures above normal. <br /><br />&quot;I think it’s unprecedented, because we are seeing the warmest temperatures we’ve seen on record to the west and we start to see colder storm moving through our region, but that just hasn’t happened the last two years,&quot;&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 13.3333330154419px;">Eric Boldt, a government Meteorologist said.&nbsp;<br /><br /></span>Northern California did get several inches of rain earlier this month, but the latest snow survey shows the Sierra snowpack at just 12% of normal.<br /></div>
