A 38-year old man has been arrested, and is facing multiple counts of rape and child molestation.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Cha Yang after he turned himself in at the Fresno County Jail on Wednesday.
The investigation began on Tuesday when a Fresno Unified staff member reported possible abuse.
The Fresno County Sheriffs Office says Yang had been committing sex crimes against the girl for the past
eight months.
