Woman brought a gun into the downtown courthouse

In downtown Fresno, sheriff’s deputies arrested a 68-year-old woman for trying to take a loaded handgun into a courthouse.<br /><br />Donna Eddington was trying to enter the BF Sisk Courthouse this morning. Deputies working an x-ray machine spotted a dark object in her purse and it turned out to be a loaded 25-caliber handgun, along with a box cutter. <br /><br />When asked why she was carrying the weapons, Eddington said she was afraid of her neighbor and was at the courthouse to seek a restraining order. <br /><br />She’s now facing felony weapons charges.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
