Car Crashes into House, Major Repairs Needed

A Visalia family is now planning for repairs after a car ran right into their home late Sunday night.

It happened on St. Johns Parkway, right across the street from Valley Oak Middle School, around 10:30 p.m.

Officers say the driver missed the turn and drove straight into the garage.

Two people were inside the truck and 3 were inside the home. No injuries were reported. 

Police say speed was a factor.

Damage is estimated at $ 20,000 dollars.
