Climbers, Hikers Sound Alarm On Safety On Mount Whitney

Mount Whitney is the tallest peak in the lower 48 states. But at over 14,000 feet, hiking the mountain is anything but routine, especially in early summer. She also talks about a growing culture of selfie-induced “summit fever” which she says is making it unsafe for others on the mountain. She joined us on Valley Edition to talk about what’s wrong, and how to change it.
