A Clovis East High School student was killed in a car crash Friday morning. 14-year-old Bill Moua was on his way to school when the car he was riding in, drove into the path of an SUV. The vehicles collided and Moua died on impact. CHP officers say the person who was driving Moua to school caused the accident and he could be facing manslaughter charges.</div>
