Community Helping Family of Murder Suicide Victim

The oldest daughter of Zyang Vang attended a fundraiser for her family Thursday. Her mother was the victim of a murder suicide in Fresno Tuesday.

Nouchee Moua, 21, says she is now responsible for her six siblings.

"I have so much on my shoulders you know," Moua said.

Also on Thursday, a debriefing was held for patients and employees of Sang Pediatrics. All those present when the gunman entered the building were able to share their feelings about the traumatic experience.

"Some angry, extreme fear, helplessness and that’s one of the reasons why we do it so everyone can see what they are going through is normal," Rodney Lowery, with the Fresno Police Chaplaincy said.

The Marjoree Mason Center, Fresno Police Chaplaincy and Dr. Sang with San Pediatrics held the meeting. Counseling is being provided for the family and witnesses.
