Drought brings portable showers to Porterville

Officials in Tulare County will set up portable showers, for people who are affected by the current drought.

Officials say they will set up the showers in East Porterville, and it will be operational on Monday. The shower are open to the public, and will cost nothing. Officials say there will be 26 individual shower rooms, and hot water will be available.
