<p>Fowler Unified School District and Marshall Elementary discusses early development and literacy. <br />Several elementary schools in Fresno County received a B3 grant, and with that money additional resources can be provided for these schools.</p><p>We visited Marshall Elementary, their focus is working with parents and getting them more involved with their child’s early learning.</p><p>First 5 Phone Bank is Dec. 5, 5PM-7PM at our KSEE24 Studio. Families can call and ask questions on parent workshops at their child’s school in Fresno County.</p></div>
