Education Matters: FCOE Ensures Career Ready Students

When it comes to careers after high school, the involvement of valley businesses is vital for students to achieve success. 

Fresno County Office of Education is going the extra mile to make sure graduates are career-ready. 

It created a new position to enhance employer engagement.

Lori Morton is the new Business Engagement Coordinator. She sat down with KSEE24 Sunrise Anchor Carina Corral to talk more about how she’ll work with employers to find out the skills they’re looking for in graduates and how graduates can learn about employment opportunities.
