Flames engulf cartons, pallets at Woodlake packing facility

Burning cartons and pallets sent flames high into the air at Tulare County packing facility Tuesday.

The fire broke out around 8:30 p.m. at a Woodlake citrus packing facility. 

The Woodlake Fire District chief said around one million empty cartons and 2,000 pallets were involved along with one out building.

It caused an estimated $1 million in damages.
