According to a press release from the U.S. Department of Justice, six Fresno residents were arrested for alleged violations in a drug conspiracy.<br /><br />Keith Foster, 51, was arrested for conspiracy to distribute and/or process, with intent to distribute, oxycodone, heroin and marijuana.&nbsp;<br /><br />Rafael Guzman, 41, Randy Flowers, 48, and Jennifer Donebedian, 35, were also arrested.&nbsp;<br /><br />It is part of an on-going investigation by the FBI and ATF.&nbsp;<br /><br />More to come.<br />&nbsp;</div>
