Fresno’s Old Armenian Town

       Decades ago, a large number of Fresno’s Armenian residents lived in a part of downtown Fresno called Armenian Town.  It spanned several blocks and included dozens of homes, churches,  and Armenian owned stores and businesses.  Downtown development including the freeway and Convention Center leveled much of Armenian Town, but the memories remain.
