Full Ponding Basins After Storm Floods Streets

Cleanup efforts to pump water out of heavily flooded areas of Fresno continued throughout the night Thursday. Most areas were cleared by Friday. City officials say in about 15 minutes, the storm rained more than city drains could handle.
