Gustine Police are searching for two suspects that attacked the principal of Gustine Elementary School Thursday.<br /><br />It happened around 3:15 p.m. while students were in class. The two suspects described as being between 20 and 40 years old confronted the principal about a student. During the confrontation one pulled out a box cutter and slit the principal’s left cheek, police said. <br /><br />Ismael Munoz, the principal was transported to a Modesto hospital with non life-threatening injuries.<br /><br />After the attack the school was placed on lock down until police determined the school was safe and students were released.<br /><br />During their investigation police learned that no students by the name the suspects gave actually attend the school.<br /><br />No students were injured during the attack.<br /><br />The suspects remain at large.</div>
