Homicide Investigation In Firebaugh

Fresno County Sheriff’s Office announced their investigators are looking to speak with a man, in connection to a homicide investigation near Firebaugh.

Officials say the murder happened at a mobile home, on Russell Avenue, near Main Street. Cal Fire reportedly responded to the address at 2AM, for a medical emergency. At the scene, they found a man in his 30s lying on the ground.

That man was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Right now, Sheriff’s investigators are looking for Francisco Zermeno, 25, for questioning only. According to officials, Zermeno is a friend of the victim. If you have any information, call Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP.
