Interview: What’s Next In Plans To Change The Affordable Care Act?

Republican plans to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, hit a serious snag last week. Valley Public Radio’s Jeffrey Hess spoke with Arturo Vargas Bustamante who is an associate professor of health policy at UCLA to find out.
