Lawmaker Blames Drought On Abortion

California Assembly member Shannon Grove is being criticized for some controversial comments she reportedly made during a pro-life meeting last week in Sacramento.

Now, Grove is responding to an article that claims she believes drought represents God’s wrath over abortion.
