Sir Christopher Lee, known for his roles in "Star Wars" and "Lord of the Rings" films, has died at 93.
Lee played many memorable roles, such as the wizard Saruman in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy and the evil Count Dooku in two of George Lucas’ "Star Wars" prequels.
For others, he will forever be known as the vampire Count Dracula in the "Hammer Horror" movies from the 1950s and 1960s.
An official for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in London on Thursday confirmed a death certificate was issued for Lee on June 8.
There is no information on a cause of death.
