Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Fresno Library

Fresno police have arrested 37-year-old George Harris for allegedly indecently exposing himself at the Mosqueda Community Center library in Southeast Fresno.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />Lt. Joe Gomez with the Fresno Police Department said Harris had been wanted for parole violation for the same crime.<br /><br />Around 1 p.m. Fresno police responded to reports of Harris&nbsp;masturbating inside the small library.&nbsp;Police said Harris exposed himself to seven people.<br /><br />When police arrived, Harris was wandering the courtyard. Three people provided witness statements and two people positively identified Harris, Gomez said.<br /><br />People of all ages, including children, are present throughout the day&nbsp;at the&nbsp;Mosqueda&nbsp;Community&nbsp;Center because there is a daycare, pre-school, and park&nbsp;at the center.<br /><br />Police said&nbsp;the librarian&nbsp;saw Harris inside the library earlier in the day and then returned in the afternoon.<br /><br />Harris had been wanted on state parole, according to Gomez.<br /><br />&quot;Just&nbsp;glad he’s off the street, that we caught him. Very unfortunate circumstances how it had to come about, but he’s going back to prison, absolutely. So that’s a good thing,&quot; Gomez said.<br /><br />Harris faces three felony charges of&nbsp;indecent exposure because he violated his parole, Gomez said.</div>
