Notice: Below are the fees collected for the State of California
Per AB 1379 (Certified Access Specialist Program: Funding), the state is requiring an additional fee of $4.00 on every permit issued to be collected by the Mariposa County Building Department.
Per CAC (California Administrative Code) Chapter 1, Article 5: All California jurisdictions are required to collect a fee on each building permit issued for all disciplines covered by Title 24 and for which a valuation is made. Please see the table below for reference.
