
Mariposa County is in the process of developing comprehensive guidance to support event organizers in planning fully compliant and properly permitted events. While that information is being finalized, the following resources may be helpful:
- Facility Reservations – Reserve County-managed facilities for your event. For smaller events, permits may not be required.
- Encroachment Permit – Required for events involving the use or blocking of County roads or rights-of-way. Please only complete after discussing your event with our staff. The encroachment fee is $210.
- Assemblage Permit - Required for events of 250 people and over. You will be supplied with this form by our staff if it applies to your event.
Please note: All events held at County facilities must carry insurance, which event organizers must obtain.
