Mariposa County Health and Human Services Public Health Branch would like to announce the survey results of the Perceptions of Public Health Survey. This survey was administered to Mariposa County residents in March 2024 in collaboration with the Central California Public Health Consortium (CCPHC). CCPHC is facilitated by the Central California Center for Health and Human Services at California State University, Fresno.
When comparing Mariposa County survey results to results from all Central California Counties in CCPHC, Mariposa County residents had a higher familiarity and knowledge of Local Health Departments (LHDs) and had a more positive attitude towards the local health department.
