FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Dunkin’ Donuts is opening in Fresno this month, moving into a location at Fresno State.
Fresno State says, pending completion of the construction timeline, Dunkin’ will open this October. The store will be opening where the Taco Bell Express used to be.
Nicole Lane, executive director of Auxiliary Services, which oversees campus dining services, says Dunkin’ should be ready for a soft launch in time for Homecoming Week, on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
Dunkin’ will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. Weekend hours may be adjusted further based on campus events.
The store plans to hire 25 to 35 student staff members for the Dunkin’ location.
Dunkin’ opened its first Central Valley location in Hanford in 2017, inside a Walmart in Madera in 2018, and in Visalia in 2020.
