MADERA, CA – The Madera County Sheriff’s Investigations Bureau received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) activity occurring in Madera County. Detectives identified 27-year-old Madera Resident Dylan Jeffrey Strobel, as a suspect in this case.

On November 13, 2025, Madera County Sheriff’s Detectives, alongside the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and Homeland Security Investigations, executed two residential search warrants in the area of Avenue 11 and Road 31 in Madera County.
During the searches, investigators located over 600+ illicit digital files consistent with CSAM.
Strobel was contacted and arrested for Distributing and Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material. He is now in custody at the Madera County Jail.
All electronic devices associated with Strobel were seized for further examination as part of the ongoing investigation.
