MADERA, CA – The Central California Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding suspected distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material occurring in Madera County. Detectives identified 22-year-old Madera Resident Jose Adrian Ceja, as a suspect in this case.

On November 25, 2025, Madera County Sheriff’s Detectives, in coordination with Detectives from the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office and the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, executed a residential search warrant in the area of Clark Street and Austin Street in Madera.
Ceja was contacted and arrested for Distributing and Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material. Ceja is now in custody at the Madera County Jail. All electronic devices associated with Ceja were seized for further examination as part of the ongoing investigation.
