Coulterville Service Area No. One acts in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors on matters affecting policies and the operations of the Coulterville Service Area No. One; reviews summaries from the Public Works Department of expenditures by vendors and labor activities, revenues and utility capital fund balances and provides input as appropriate; review status reports on maintenance activities conducted prior to meetings and upcoming planned maintenance activities and reviews and provides input for upcoming capital projects. The Advisory Board will be kept informed by the Public Works Department and given copies of the service area operational and maintenance manuals, including new manuals as they are prepared.
