FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – As the season of giving has already commenced, a local shelter is reminding residents not to forget about their furry friends.
Fresno Animal Center is asking the community for animal toy donations to ensure every animal feels the holiday cheer this season.
Additionally, those who donate in person may also receive a free bag of puppy food while supplies last.
Officials say the community can drop off their gifts at the Fresno Animal Center Facility between Dec. 15 and Dec. 22. Parked outside will be a box truck the center hopes to fill with donations.
Those who cannot make it in person can also donate by purchasing from the animal center’s Amazon wish list. Once purchased, the gifts will automatically be shipped to the facility.
The Fresno Animal Center is located at 5277 E. Airways Blvd and is open every day except Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
