IDENTIFIED: 19-year-old shot, killed in Fresno County over the weekend

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The man who was shot and killed at a mobile home park on Sunday was identified by the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office on Monday.

Officials with the sheriff’s office named the man who died as 19-year-old Nehemiah Gonzalez of Fresno.

Deputies say at 6:45 a.m. on Sunday, dispatchers got reports of shots being fired at the Flamingo Mobile Home Park, which is located at Highway 99 and Central Avenue.

When deputies arrived, they found a woman with gunshot wounds and Gonzalez, who had died from his gunshot injuries. The woman was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Investigators say the shooting took place outside, on a driveway running through the property. It has been established that the two victims knew each other.

A motive has not been established, and no suspects have been identified, according to deputies.
