NORTH FORK, CA – With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, the North Fork community is gearing up for one of its most cherished annual traditions: the Valentine’s Day Dinner & Dance at the North Fork Town Hall. Set for Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., this beloved evening brings together neighbors, families, and couples from across the Sierra foothills for a night of good food, local music, and community connection.
Hosted by the North Fork Boosters, the event is
designed to give mountain residents a warm, close-to-home option for celebrating the holiday without the drive to Fresno or the Valley. For many locals, it’s one of the rare opportunities in the winter season to dress up a bit and enjoy a festive night out in the heart of their own community.
This year’s entertainment will be provided by The Whiskey Creek Band, a group well-known for its lively mix of country, rock, and dance-friendly hits. Their music has become a staple at many foothill events, and organizers say they’re thrilled to bring the group back for an evening that promises to keep couples and families on their feet.
A variety of ticket options are available to accommodate households of all sizes:
-
Single Ticket: $35
-
Couple’s Ticket: $65
-
Children ages 5–15: $15
-
VIP Table for 8: $245, which includes premium seating and a bottle of wine
Event organizers emphasize that the semi-formal dress code isn’t meant to be intimidating—just a fun opportunity for residents to enjoy a polished evening in the historic town hall. “It’s one of those events where everyone feels a little extra festive,” organizers shared. “People really enjoy seeing their neighbors dressed up and celebrating together.”
Tickets can be purchased at Hot Shots Coffee Shop, Box Feed, or online through the North Fork Boosters website at www.northforkboosters.org. As with most community fundraisers in North Fork, proceeds will support local projects and improvements championed by the Boosters, including enhancements to the town hall itself.
For those who have attended in the past, the Dinner & Dance is much more than a Valentine’s event—it’s a winter gathering that helps keep the spirit of the community connected during the colder months. From longtime residents who grew up attending booster events to newcomers building roots in the mountains, the evening offers something for everyone: good food, lively music, and genuine mountain-town camaraderie.
Organizers encourage early ticket purchases, especially for VIP tables, which historically sell out well before the event date.
