
FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Detectives are working to determine the circumstances leading up to a shooting that killed a man in Fresno Saturday evening, the Fresno Police Department announced.
According to police, just after 9:10 p.m., they responded to the southwest corner of Hughes and Dakota avenues for a multiple-round Shot Spotter activation.
Responding officers reported finding evidence of a shooting as well as a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Investigators report despite life-saving measures, the man succumbed to his injuries on scene. He has not been officially identified.
