FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 25-year-old woman who died following a shooting in Fresno last week has been named by the Fresno Police Department.
Police named the victim as 25-year-old Tamika Hoy. She passed away over the weekend following the shooting on Thursday.

Officers arrived at the scene, near Mayfair Boulevard and Normal Avenue, to see that the 25-year-old victim was breathing but suffering from a gunshot wound.
She was transported to Community Regional Medical Center, but died from her injuries on Sunday afternoon.
Detectives believe a disturbance involving multiple people led up to the deadly shooting. Anyone with information is asked to contact Fresno Police Department Homicide Detective R.
